How much are the delivery charges in India?

All orders above INR 5000 are delivered for free. For orders below INR 5000, the charges are INR 200.

Do you take in international orders?

Currently, we are working on international delivery. Meanwhile, please send us an email to with your queries. We will update you shortly once we start international delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For orders within India, our delivery date is subjected to the shipping address provided by you. Once the product is dispatched from our end, it takes 2-15 days to deliver.

We dispatch the product in two working days, once the order is placed. In case of national holidays, it might take upto three working days to dispatch

What is your shipping policy?

Once the order is received by us, we will dispatch the product within two working days.

The above mentioned time does not regard national and other public holidays, in which case the products will be dispatched within three working days. We are not liable for any delays caused by payment authorization while placing the order, in which case, we might receive the order at a delayed time.

Once the product is dispatched, it will take 2 – 15 days to deliver the product on the shipping address provided by the customer. We are in no circumstances liable for the delays caused by our logistic partners which also takes into account delays caused by natural calamities and other unavoidable circumstances.

To ensure the deliver of the products in the right hands, the delivery personnel might ask for photocopy of a government approved ID. Please keep a photocopy printed in advance as to get a hassle free delivery.

Through which courier company does Tressor deliver their products?

Orders within India are shipped via EcomExpress.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and re-ordered by contacting 080-40941059 or via email at, as soon as possible. You cannot cancel the order once the merchandise is ready to ship.

Is my product insured, when in transit?

All products are insured from Tressor against theft and accidental damage, while in transit to the delivery address. Once a product is delivered and is signed for, it is no longer covered in insurance.

How safe is my product?

All the products are shipped in a box covered with essential material required to keep the product safe.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipping details and tracking number, which you can further use to track your product.

Why do I need to sign and give a copy of ID proof at the time of delivery of the product?

For security reasons, all purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by reputed courier companies. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will inform you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender. Please note that is not responsible for unanticipated courier delays.

Are the imagery used on the website accurate to the physical product?

Product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

How do I know if a product is available in stock or not?

Unless a product is tagged ‘Sold out’, it will be available to dispatch in our stock.
Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Can I re-order a product which is already sold out?

Yes you can. Please fill up the order for yourself form available on the ‘product page’ and mention the necessary details or email the same to with the product code. The availability of re-orders will vary from three to four weeks. We will inform you through email or message, once the product is available.

Also, we update our collection once in every four weeks.

Please Note: There will be products which are marked with an ‘asterick’ which means that it will not be available after it is sold out.

How do I make a purchase?

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Select a product and add to the shopping bag or ‘My treasure’.
  2. Click on ‘Secure checkout’ if you have finalised your product, else click on ‘continue shopping’, to add more products.
  3. Enter your email address, name and other required details on the checkout page and proceed for Billing and Shipping.
  4. Enter your shipping details with accurate address and continue to the payment options.
  5. Select your mode of payment and place the order.
  6. Once you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address provided by you.

Why are some of the products not applicable for COD?

Products above INR 15000 are not applicable for COD. Only digital payments are accepted for order above INR 15000

Why do I need to re-enter my card details when I add a new address?

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

At Tressor, each and every product is handcrafted and hence, there will be a slight variation when it comes to stone colour and intricate detailing. Each product before shipping, goes under quality control.

You have 7 days after the delivery to return the product.

Please Note: Tressor will accept the product in original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Every Tressor product is marked with laser tag or stamp which marks its authenticity.

Products that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Please write to us at within seven days of receipt of order stating the reason for the return.
  2. Attach few images of the product, along with the bill.
  3. In the same email, give details of the bank account to which you want the refund to be reimbursed.
  4. We will have a look at the images to check the authenticity and once it is approved, we will send an email confirmation for the return.
  5. Once the email is received, you will have to arrange for the return to the following address mentioned on the contact page.
  6. Once we receive the product, we will initiate the process refund.
  7. Refunds will be reimbursed into your bank account within 8-15 working days, after receiving the package.

How can I exchange an item?

We only provide exchange if the product you receive is not what you selected or if the size of the product is wrong

Please follow the steps to initiate an exchange

    1. Please write to us at within 7 days of receipt of order stating the reason for the exchange.
    2. Attach few images of the product, along with the bill.
    3. We will have a look at the images to check the authenticity and once it is approved, we will initiate the exchange process.
    4. We will arrange for a pick up according to the time best suitable for you.
    5. Once we receive the product, we will start processing the shipment of the product with the size you give or with the product you had ordered the first time.
    6. Once we dispatch we will notify you through email or message.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once the product is received from our end, the refund will be processed within 8 – 15 days.
Refunds will be processed only in following conditions:

      1. If the product you receive is damaged.
      2. If your product is not what you had ordered.
      3. If the return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery (7 days after receiving the order).
